Perrenod absinthe brouiller

This unusual device was designed to fit over a glass with the central tube extending down towards the absinthe. Water was poured into the reservoir at the top (with a cube of sugar, if desired) and it slowly filled the glass from the bottom up. The idea was to protect the bouquet of the absinthe.
